12-pack blunt-tip scissors for children

This set contains twelve 5-inch scissors designed for children aged four and up. The blunt stainless-steel blades reduce the risk of injury during classroom or home use. Each pair has comfort-grip finger holes sized for small hands. The pack includes six bright colours for easy identification.

Materials and weight for daily handling

The scissors are made from stainless steel and weigh 0.299 kg for the full pack. Overall dimensions are 6.1976 x 8.1026 x 12.9032 cm, making the bundle compact for storage in a desk or supply cupboard. The rounded tips stay safe during normal cutting tasks.

Durability under repeated classroom use

Stainless-steel blades resist corrosion and keep their edge through daily paper, card and string cutting. The blunt tips remain rounded after extended use, maintaining the intended safety profile. Plastic handles withstand frequent cleaning without degrading. The multi-colour coding helps teachers organise sets for different activities.

Questions about this item

How do I choose the right pair for a child's hand size?

Each scissor measures five inches overall with comfort-grip finger holes sized for ages four and up; pick the colour the child prefers.

When will the blades need attention?

The stainless-steel blunt-tip blades stay sharp through paper, card and string; wipe clean after use and replace only if tips deform.

What fails first during a full day of classroom cutting?

The 0.299 kg pack weight means hand fatigue can set in before the blades dull; rotate pairs among pupils.
