Questions about this item

Will the clear plastic pockets get too hot or noisy if left in a binder all day?

The pockets are passive clear plastic sheets with no electronics, so they generate no heat and make no noise during continuous use.

What binder or ring system do I need already so these 7-hole pockets fit straight in?

They are punched with seven holes spaced for standard 7-ring binders and planners that accept 9.5 by 6 inch inserts.
