Poly Portfolio with Three Prongs

This purple poly portfolio secures three-hole punched pages with metal prongs and holds loose sheets in two sealed pockets. The 0.3 mil cover resists spills and everyday wear while keeping letter-size documents organised. An inside left pocket includes a die-cut business card holder for quick access. Sold as a single unit.

Who This Suits

Professionals and students who need a lightweight way to present or store punched and unpunched pages together will find the prong-and-pocket layout convenient. Buyers who want more storage capacity than 25 sheets per pocket or who need a binder that accepts sheet protectors without punching should look at something else.

Three Metal Prongs

The three metal prongs are the mechanism that keeps punched pages from falling out during handling. If your workflow relies on hole-punched documents staying fixed in place, this feature determines whether the portfolio fits your needs.

Questions about this item

Should I choose the single Purple portfolio or a different colour?

This listing is for the Purple model 20885; other colours would be separate items with their own model numbers.

What does the .3 mil thickness mean for daily use?

The archival-quality poly at .3 mil resists spills and wear while keeping letter-size documents flat and protected.

How do the three metal prongs and two pockets work together?

Punched pages lock onto the prongs so they won't fall out, while each of the two sealed pockets holds loose sheets and the left pocket includes a die-cut business card holder.
