Poly Portfolio for Letter-Size Documents

This green poly portfolio holds letter-size documents using three metal prongs and two sealed pockets. It is designed for professionals who need a lightweight way to present or store punched and loose pages together. The 0.3 mil poly material resists spills and wear during daily handling. Buyers who need ring binders or larger capacity files should look elsewhere.

Durable Poly Construction Resists Spills and Wear

The 0.3 mil thick poly cover protects contents from moisture and abrasion in normal office use. No moving parts or electronics mean silent operation and zero power draw. The sealed pocket edges keep loose sheets from slipping out during transport. Users who require waterproof submersion ratings or ruggedised shells will not find them here.

Two Pockets and Business Card Holder Add

Each pocket holds up to 25 sheets and is sealed on two sides to secure loose papers. The inside left pocket includes a die-cut business card holder for quick access during meetings. Three metal prongs keep punched pages permanently fastened so they won't fall out. Customers needing zippered closures or expandable gussets will not be served by this design.

Questions about this item

How do I install documents into the three metal prongs without them falling out?

Align the three-hole punched pages with the prongs, open each prong fully, insert the holes, then close all three prongs securely so the pages stay fastened.

Will the 0.3 mil poly pockets or the business card holder need replacement after repeated use?

The archival-quality poly resists spills and wear, and the die-cut card holder is integral to the pocket; no separate replacement parts are required.

At what point do the two sealed pockets reach their 25-sheet limit during a large presentation?

Each pocket holds up to 25 sheets; exceeding that capacity is the first limit you encounter under sustained use.
