Capacity & Layout

This three-ring binder provides a 3-inch round-ring capacity that holds up to 625 sheets of standard paper. Two interior clear pockets each store an additional 30 sheets for quick-reference documents. The 11-by-8.5-inch format fits letter-size pages, and the back-mounted metal rings let pages lie flat when the binder is open.

Users & Limits

The design suits offices, students and home organisers who need a single high-capacity binder for active reference files. Buyers who want more storage than 625 sheets or who prefer D-ring or lever-arch mechanisms should look at other binding styles. The vinyl cover is not intended for heavy outdoor or industrial environments.

Ring Mechanism

Two triggers on the round-ring mechanism release the rings smoothly for fast sheet insertion and removal. Back-mounted metal rings keep pages aligned and flat during use. The PVC-free polypropylene cover with exposed rivets and a chipboard core supports the mechanism without adding bulk.
