What the kettle does

The BUYDEEM K640 is a 1.7 liter cordless electric kettle rated at 1440 watts. It suits households that need several cups of hot water quickly for tea, coffee or instant meals. The Mellow Yellow finish matches the brand's DT620 and DT640 toasters for a coordinated breakfast set.

What to verify first

Check that your countertop can accommodate a kettle 12.4 inches tall and 10 inches wide including the swivel base. Ensure a nearby mains socket can supply the 1440 watt draw without overloading the circuit. The 18/8 stainless steel interior requires only water — no other liquids or solids.

Behaviour during repeated use

The concealed 1440 watt element brings a full 1.7 liters to a boil rapidly, and the auto-shut-off engages immediately once boiling point is reached. Boil-dry protection cuts power if the kettle is switched on empty. The removable scale filter traps mineral deposits so they do not reach the cup, and the wide lid opening allows thorough cleaning between cycles.
