This 9 metre OM4 multimode cable uses 50/125 micron fibre with LC male connectors on both ends. It is built to OM4 transmission standards and carries an aqua jacket for easy identification in dense patch panels. The duplex construction provides two fibres for bi-directional links in data-centre and enterprise networks. Installers can route it through tight pathways thanks to a 2.0 mm outside diameter.

40 GbE and 100 GbE headroom

The cable supports 40 Gigabit and 100 Gigabit Ethernet over 40GBase-SR4 and 100GBase-SR10 interfaces. At 850 nm wavelength it delivers the bandwidth needed for short-reach server-to-switch and switch-to-switch runs. Performance drops beyond the OM4 distance limits for those speeds, so longer campus links will require single-mode fibre instead.

LC male duplex fit

Male LC connectors on both ends plug directly into SFP+ and QSFP+ transceiver ports without adapters. The 1.0 cm installed bend radius allows tight bends inside cabinets while the 3.0 cm loaded radius protects the fibre during pulling. OFNP and CSA FT-6 ratings mean it can be installed in plenum spaces without additional conduit.
