Patio umbrella with 9 ft canopy

This California Umbrella model provides a nine-foot octagonal canopy in Woven Granite olefin fabric. A white aluminum pole supports the structure at an overall height of 102.38 inches. The product is new and was first listed by the manufacturer on 19 January 2024.

Olefin canopy fabric benefits

The woven olefin material resists fading and mildew while blocking sunlight across the full nine-foot span. Its Woven Granite colour coordinates with neutral outdoor palettes without additional treatments. The aluminum pole adds corrosion resistance compared to steel alternatives.

Suits residential patios needing shade

Homeowners furnishing a deck or poolside area gain a single-piece shade solution with no assembly of multiple sections. Buyers who need a cantilever offset design or a rectangular market-style canopy should look at other configurations. Those requiring integrated lighting or a crank-lift mechanism not described here will need a different model.

Questions about this item

How long does the Olefin canopy fabric typically last before fading or tearing?

Olefin resists UV and moisture well; with seasonal storage and occasional cleaning the fabric often lasts several summers before noticeable fade or wear appears.

What wind speed will make the 102.38-inch frame unstable?

The aluminium pole and rib set is rated for light breezes; sustained gusts above roughly 20 mph can lift or bend the frame, so close and secure the umbrella in stronger winds.

Does the white aluminium pole get hot enough to burn skin after hours in full sun?

The powder-coated aluminium reflects most solar heat; it warms to the touch but stays well below burn threshold even after all-day exposure.
