Direct Replacement for Avaya DECT Handsets

This Cameron & Co DS-CS-ERT390CL lithium-ion battery replaces the original 3.7V 650mAh pack used in Avaya DECT 3720 and 3730 handsets. It matches the 47.00 x 34.00 x 4.60 mm form factor and the 660177 series part numbers. The 2.41 Wh cell restores factory talk and standby time without modification.

Suits Offices Standardised on Supported Models

Buyers maintaining fleets of Aastra, Mitel, Ericsson, Innovaphone, Ascom, Telekom, Telstra or Swyx DECT phones listed in the compatibility data will find a drop-in fit. Shops needing batteries for other DECT platforms or for smartphones should look elsewhere because the connector and voltage are specific to the listed handsets.

650 mAh Capacity for Typical Shift Coverage

The 0.65 Ah rating delivers several hours of active calls and multiple days on standby for the supported DECT 3720, 3730 and DH6 units. Heavy users running continuous conversations may need a mid-shift swap or a desktop charger cradle. The single-cell 3.7 V design offers no provision for hot-swap or extended-capacity variants.
