Purpose-built replacement

This lithium-ion cell is a direct swap for the Garmin Approach G6 battery pack numbered KF40BF45D0D9X. It restores the original 3.7 V 1000 mAh capacity so the GPS unit regains its factory run-time without modification.

Ready-to-fit package

The single black cell arrives at 52.78 x 33.94 x 5.45 mm, matching the OEM footprint so it seats in the existing compartment. No extra cables, adapters or firmware steps are included because none are required for this model.

Slim durable housing

A rigid polymer shell protects the 3.70 Wh pouch from vibration and temperature swings common on the fairway. The precise 5.45 mm thickness keeps the device profile unchanged, letting the unit slide into its cradle or pocket exactly as before.

The 1000mAh Li-ion cell will gradually lose capacity over repeated charge cycles; plan to replace it when runtime no longer meets your needs.

What limit appears first during continuous GPS navigation on the Approach G6?

The 1000mAh capacity sets the runtime ceiling, so battery life is the first limit you hit during all-day navigation.

Does the 3.7V 1000mAh pack generate noticeable heat during extended use?

The 3.7V 1000mAh Li-ion pack runs cool under normal GPS loads; any warmth stays within typical operating range for this chemistry.
