Compatible GPS Battery

This lithium-ion battery replaces the original 37-00029-001 cell for Magellan RoadMate 3000, 3000T, 3050T, 3100, 3140, 3200, 3210, 3220 and 3250 navigation units. It delivers 3.7V and 2200mAh capacity in a black housing. The pack is brand new and built to OEM specifications.

Practical Capacity Limits

The 2.2 Ah rating supports typical daily navigation but will require recharging on extended trips without vehicle power. Runtime varies with screen brightness, GPS signal strength and temperature. Users should plan for a charging source on journeys longer than the battery’s single-charge endurance.

Build and Connector Fit

The cell measures 66.00 x 18.63 mm and uses the factory connector for direct installation. No soldering or adapter cables are needed. The black casing matches the original appearance and the 100% OEM-compatible design ensures secure seating in the device’s battery compartment.

Questions about this item

Is the DS-CS-MR3000SL the only capacity available for these RoadMate models?

The supplier lists this 3.7V 2200mAh pack as the direct replacement for Magellan part 37-00029-001 across the RoadMate 3000, 3000T, 3050T, 3100, 3140, 3200, 3210, 3220 and 3250 series; no alternative capacities are offered.

What does the 2200mAh rating translate to in daily use?

At 3.7V the cell stores 2.2 Ah; actual run-time depends on the specific RoadMate model’s power draw and screen brightness, so treat the figure as a capacity baseline rather than a guaranteed hours number.

Which connector standard does this battery use?

The pack is built to match the original Magellan 37-00029-001 form factor and plug, so it fits the RoadMate 3000 through 3250 devices without adapters or soldering.
