Questions about this item

How often will the 720mAh lithium-ion cell need replacing under normal use?

The 720mAh lithium-ion cell typically lasts several hundred charge cycles before its capacity drops noticeably; with daily charging you can expect a usable lifespan of roughly two to three years.

What limit appears first when the GPS runs continuously on this 3.7V pack?

The 2.66Wh capacity is the first limit — sustained navigation will drain the pack in a few hours, so the runtime ceiling is reached well before any thermal or voltage threshold.

Does the 5.56mm-thick battery get hot or make noise during all-day operation?

The slim lithium-ion pack runs silently and stays cool under normal loads; only heavy simultaneous charging and screen use may produce slight warmth, never audible noise.
