Replacement Battery for Nabi Dreamtab 8

This lithium-polymer cell is built for the Nabi DMTAB-NV08B Dreamtab 8" tablet. It delivers a 3.7 V, 4700 mAh capacity rated at 17.39 Wh. The pack measures 155.00 x 66.00 x 3.70 mm and comes in black. It is a direct-fit replacement for the original PR-3667153 part.

Upgrading from a Worn Original Cell

Swap this in when the factory battery no longer holds a useful charge or shuts down under load. The jump is worth it if your tablet dies early, refuses to wake from sleep, or shows a swollen case. It restores the original runtime without modifying the device.

Questions about this item

Will the 155.00 x 66.00 x 3.70 mm pack fit inside the Nabi Dreamtab 8" chassis?

The cell measures 155.00 x 66.00 x 3.70 mm, matching the original PR-3667153 footprint for the DMTAB-NV08B Dreamtab 8" tablet.

What is the correct way to connect the 3.7V Li-Polymer pack, and which step is often missed?

Align the connector key with the motherboard header, press until it clicks, then route the flex cable flat; the step most skipped is re-seating the adhesive strips that hold the pack against the mid-frame.

When will the 4700mAh cell need replacing?

Capacity drops gradually; when run-time falls well below the original 17.39 Wh rating the pack should be swapped for a new Cameron & Co DS-CS-NSB008SL unit.
