Compatible battery for Plantronics CT11 and CT12

This replacement battery fits Plantronics CT11 and CT12 cordless phones and matches part numbers 6342101 and 63421-01. It uses Ni-MH chemistry and delivers 3.6V with a capacity of 850mAh. The green pack measures 51.00 x 30.50 x 10.50 mm and is supplied as a single unit.

Ni-MH chemistry limits

Ni-MH cells self-discharge faster than lithium types, so the handset should be returned to its charger after each use. The pack provides 3.0Wh of energy at the nominal 3.6V. No built-in protection circuit is mentioned in the data, so the phone’s own charge management handles termination.

850mAh capacity decides fit

The 850mAh rating determines whether talk and standby times meet your daily call volume. If your usage regularly exceeds what this capacity can sustain between charges, a higher-capacity pack would be required.
