Replacement battery for Braven BRV-PRO speaker

This lithium-ion cell replaces the original A007032 pack used in Braven BPRO5CB and BRV-PRO portable speakers. It supplies 3.7 volts and 3400 milliampere-hours for 12.58 watt-hours of capacity. The black casing measures 66.40 by 22.40 by 18.80 millimetres and weighs approximately one hundred grams. Owners of those specific models can restore factory runtime with a direct-fit unit.

Steady output during extended playback

The 3.4 ampere-hour rating is measured under continuous discharge rather than a brief peak, so the speaker maintains consistent volume through long listening sessions. Lithium-ion chemistry keeps voltage stable across most of the cycle, avoiding the sudden drop-off seen in older chemistries. Heat stays low during normal indoor or outdoor use, and the cell holds charge well between outings. No active cooling or special storage is required beyond avoiding extreme temperatures.

Simple drop-in installation

The pack slides into the speaker’s battery compartment without tools, connectors aligned exactly as the original. The only common issue is forgetting to fully seat the latch, which leaves the contact pins slightly proud and prevents power-up. A firm press until the click is heard solves it instantly. No firmware update, soldering or calibration is needed; the speaker recognises the cell immediately.
