The unit is designed for installers and owners who need a single recorder for mixed camera types.

8 Analogue Channels at 4K 10fps

Analogue cameras record at 3840x2160 resolution and 10 frames per second per channel, while IP channels record at up to 30 frames per second. The 4TB drive provides a baseline of local storage; larger 10TB drives extend retention for multi-camera deployments. When all twelve channels record continuously at maximum resolution, the drive fills faster and may require scheduled recording or larger capacity.

Replaces Standalone Analogue DVRs

This recorder replaces an eight-channel analogue DVR and adds four network camera ports without a separate NVR. It also upgrades older CVBS-only systems by supporting AHD, CVI and TVI formats over the same coax. The jump is worth it when a site needs both legacy analogue cameras and new IP cameras managed through one interface, but it does not suit installations that require SDI camera compatibility or more than twelve total channels.
