A 90-degree Schedule 80 PVC conduit elbow with a 16-inch radius and 32-inch overall length for 4-inch trade size installations
This Cantex 5121061 is a 90-degree Schedule 80 PVC conduit elbow designed for electrical raceway systems. It provides a swept turn with a 16 in radius for 4 in trade size conduit. The fitting uses a solvent-weld connection for permanent installation.
Installers running Schedule 80 PVC conduit in exposed or buried applications will use this elbow to change direction by 90 degrees. It is not for use with thin-wall conduit, other trade sizes, or connection methods other than solvent welding.
The 16 in radius determines the space required for the turn and the pulling tension allowed by code. Verify that the raceway design accommodates this radius and that the conduit is Schedule 80 PVC before specifying this part.

You need 4-inch trade-size Schedule 80 PVC conduit; the elbow's socket is sized for that exact diameter and wall thickness.
The 16-inch radius and 19 3/8-inch overall length match standard Schedule 80 geometry, so existing hanger spacing for 4-inch conduit remains valid.
After the cement cures, apply the test pressure required by your local code; a properly made joint on Schedule 80 PVC will hold without leaks.
