Product identity

The Cardinal 60218 is a traditional OneStep index system containing 26 preprinted A-Z tabs across 25 complete sets. It is designed for office administrators, students and home organisers who need quick alphabetic filing in standard ring binders. Each divider measures 9 inches by 11 inches and matches letter-size pages at 8.5 inches by 11 inches with three-hole punching.

Installation notes

The dividers arrive pre-punched and pre-tabbed so they drop straight into any three-ring binder without tools. Users simply separate the required letter tabs from the collated sets and insert them in order. A common issue is accidentally mixing tabs from different sets when breaking out multiple alphabets at once, which can leave gaps in the sequence.

Sustained use behaviour

Reinforced tab and ring edges resist tearing during frequent page turns and heavy binder handling. The white divider stock and multicoloured Mylar tabs maintain legibility and colour coding over long periods of daily reference. Laser and inkjet printable Table of Content sheets allow updated indexes without replacing the physical tabs, supporting ongoing reorganisation.
