In-Counter Napkin Dispenser for Breakrooms

The Cascades Tandem DN200 is a black metal dispenser designed for in-counter installation in office breakrooms and food-service areas. It holds interfold napkins and measures 6.25 inches wide, 18 inches deep and 6.5 inches high. This unit suits facilities that want a permanent, flush-mounted dispensing point.

Installation and Common Issues

The dispenser mounts into a prepared countertop cutout, so installation requires accurate measurements and basic tools. The deep 18-inch body needs sufficient clearance beneath the surface. Misalignment during fitting can cause the lid to bind or napkins to jam, and the metal finish may scratch if handled roughly during placement.

Interfold Napkin Compatibility

This model accepts only interfold napkin stacks; roll, full-fold or centre-pull formats will not feed correctly. Buyers who need a dispenser for roll towels or larger napkin formats must choose a different unit. The DN200 designation confirms the specific interfold configuration this housing supports.
