Wireless Over-Ear Headphones

Caseco BX17 Rose headphones are wireless over-ear headphones with Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. They provide up to 60 hours of total listening time using the charging case. The 14.5 mm graphene drivers deliver deep bass with clear mids and highs. A built-in microphone enables hands-free calls. The IPX7 rating protects against sweat and rain during workouts.

Suited for Active Listeners

These headphones suit commuters, gym users and students who want long battery life and a secure earhook fit. The digital display on the case shows remaining charge in 25 percent steps. They are not for buyers who need active noise cancellation for noisy travel. They are also not for listeners who prefer a neutral sound signature without bass emphasis. Swimmers should choose a different model as the FAQ advises against submersion.

Bluetooth 5.3 Connectivity

The single specification that decides fit is the Bluetooth 5.3 wireless link. It offers faster pairing and a more stable connection than older versions. If your phone, tablet or laptop supports Bluetooth 5.3 you will get the full benefit. Devices limited to earlier Bluetooth versions will still work but may not achieve the same speed or stability.

Questions about this item

How long do the earbuds last before the 650 mAh case needs recharging?

Each earbud gives 10 hours of playback and the case adds five full charges for a total of 60 hours before you must plug the case in.

What limits continuous listening the most?

The 10-hour single-charge limit of the earbuds is the first constraint; after that you must return them to the case for a recharge.

Do the headphones get hot or noisy during all-day use?

At 80 grams with no active noise cancellation and only Bluetooth 5.3 radios, they produce no audible fan noise and negligible heat during extended wear.
