Product and Audience

The CASLSI K80 is a wired gaming headset with 7.1 surround sound and a 3.5 mm jack. It is built for players on PC, Mac, Xbox Series X/S, PlayStation 4/5 and Switch who want positional audio without extra software.

Interface Limits

The 3.5 mm analogue connection delivers stereo output on every platform but enables the 7.1 virtual surround effect only on systems that support it, such as Windows PCs. On the Nintendo Switch the microphone will not function due to console limitations, not a headset fault.

Setup Check

Confirm your controller or device has a single 3.5 mm combo port for both audio and microphone. The 5.9 foot braided cable reaches most setups, but verify the plug seats fully to avoid one-sided sound or noise. The inline mute switch should be off before testing.

Questions about this item

Which version of the CASLSI K80 should I pick for my setup?

The K80 comes in white with a 3.5 mm jack and 5.9 ft cable. It works on PC, Mac, PS4, PS5, Xbox Series X/S, Switch and tablets that have a 3.5 mm port.

What does the 7.1 surround sound actually deliver in games?

The headset uses 50 mm drivers to create a 7.1 virtual surround effect that improves positional audio cues such as footsteps and gunfire direction.

How does the 3.5 mm connection limit the headset's features?

The single 3.5 mm plug carries stereo audio and microphone signals. On Switch the mic will not function due to console limits, and 7.1 processing relies on host software rather than a dedicated USB DSP.
