Wireless headset with 40mm drivers, Bluetooth 5.3 and 2.4 GHz connectivity, detachable super-wideband microphone, inductive charging stand and up to 50 hours battery life
The Fractal Design Scape Light connects to PC, Mac, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Nintendo Switch and mobile devices using a 2.4 GHz USB dongle or Bluetooth 5.3. A detachable Super Wideband boom microphone and a built-in omni-directional mic give flexibility for chat or calls. Weighing 320 g, the circumaural cups use 40 mm drivers tuned via a built-in DSP with adjustable EQ presets.
Battery life reaches 40-50 hours with lighting disabled and drops to 20 hours when the 6 per-cup addressable LEDs are active. The headset charges inductively on the included magnetic docking stand, so it tops up between matches without cable hunting. A USB Type-C cable of 3.0 to 5.0 ft provides a wired fallback if the battery is depleted during a long raid. Wireless range is rated at 40 m unobstructed.
An adjustable frame with metal alloy details keeps the clamp force even over hours of wear. The inductive charging stand uses magnet-assisted docking to align the headset automatically, removing the friction of plugging in each night. Flip-to-mute and press-to-mute controls on the cup show status through a dedicated LED. Configuration runs through the web-based Adjust Pro tool, compatible with Windows dynamic lighting. Buyers who need a wired-only analogue connection or a heavier studio-grade build should look elsewhere.
