3L 1600W Deep Fryer with Timer

The CATTLEMAN CUISINE CTMCS-US-LS-DF is a countertop immersion fryer with a three-litre oil capacity and a 1600-watt heating element. It offers adjustable temperature control from 195°F to 375°F and a 60-minute timer with automatic shut-off. The unit measures 15.35 inches deep, 8.27 inches wide and 6.69 inches high, weighing 5.07 pounds. A viewing window in the lid lets you monitor food without opening the fryer.

Home cooks wanting precise frying control

This fryer suits households that want restaurant-style results with built-in safety features such as the 460°F over-temperature protector. The removable 304 stainless-steel body, enamel-coated oil tank, basket and lid are dishwasher safe for simple cleanup. It is not for buyers who need a larger oil volume for big batches, or for anyone requiring an integrated oil-filtration and storage system.

3L capacity with 1600W heating

The three-litre oil capacity paired with the 1600-watt element determines how much food you can cook at once and how fast the oil recovers temperature. If your typical serving size fits within this volume, the fryer will deliver consistent results; if you regularly cook for larger groups, you will need a higher-capacity appliance.

Questions about this item

What comes in the box and is there anything extra I need to buy before I can start frying?

The fryer includes the stainless steel body, enamel-coated oil tank, frying basket and lid with viewing window. All parts are removable and dishwasher safe. You only need to supply cooking oil to reach the minimum fill mark.

The specs list a 3 L oil capacity and a 1600 W heater — how do I decide if that size suits my household?

The 3 litre tank handles small batches such as a portion of fries or a few chicken wings. The 1600 watt element heats quickly and holds temperature between 195 °F and 375 °F, so it works well for one to three servings at a time.

What does the 1600 W rating actually mean when I am cooking — will it hold temperature when I add cold food?

The 1600 watt element reheats oil fast after food goes in, keeping the temperature inside the 195 °F to 375 °F range. A safety cut-out trips at 460 °F if the oil overheats, and the 60 minute timer shuts the fryer off automatically when the set time ends.
