Celestron Advanced VX 6 inch Refractor Telescope with Computerized Mount

Celestron 6" Refractor Telescope

The Celestron Advanced VX 6" Refractor Telescope combines a 6-inch aperture refractor optical tube with a computerized German equatorial mount. It is built for amateur astronomers and astrophotographers who want a portable yet stable platform for visual observing and imaging of celestial objects.

Suited for visual observers and imagers

This system suits users who value high-contrast planetary views and automated GoTo tracking for deep-sky targets. It is less suited for buyers who need an ultra-lightweight grab-and-go setup or those who require a larger aperture for faint galaxy detail beyond what a 6-inch refractor can gather.

60x magnification with included eyepiece

The supplied 20 mm eyepiece delivers 60x magnification out of the box, while the NexStar+ hand controller provides access to over 40,000 database objects. This magnification level and object database are the key specifications that determine whether the telescope matches your observing goals.
