Telescope Balance Solution

The Celestron 22 Lbs counterweight #94187 adds mass to a CGE Pro mount so the optical tube tracks accurately and the motor gears are not overloaded. It is intended for astronomers who notice their setup is heavy on one side and need a secure, slide-on weight to restore equilibrium.

Shaft Compatibility

This weight fits only 32 mm counterweight shafts, so it will not mount on thinner or thicker bars without an adapter. Buyers with a different shaft diameter must look for another size.

Secure Locking Knurled Knob

A sturdy knurled knob clamps the weight firmly onto the shaft, preventing any shift that could cause vibration during tracking. The solid construction adds no moving parts or noise, and it draws no power from the mount.
