This Centenex Electronics Li-Ion cell matches the original 140mAh 3.7V specification and fits the listed Savi W440 W440M W740 W745 WH500 models. It replaces part numbers 83359-01 83372-01 83542-01 86507-01 83356-01 and 82742-01 PL-82742-01 84598-01 CPP-547. The pack is brand new and rated 100% OEM compatible.

Capacity and voltage set the runtime ceiling

At 140mAh and 3.7V the energy reserve is small by design; talk time and standby are limited to what the headset firmware allows. No higher-capacity version is offered so users needing longer shifts must swap batteries or keep a charger nearby. The chemistry is Li-Ion not Ni-MH despite some legacy references.

Snap-in install takes seconds but alignment matters

The 33 x 23.1 x 8.3 mm cell slides into the earcup cavity; orient the connector exactly as the original sat or the plug will not seat. Common issues are reversing the polarity tabs or leaving the ribbon cable pinched under the housing. One unit per pack.
