Product Identity

Chartpak 1050 supplies seventy-seven self-adhesive vinyl characters in a Helvetica style. The set includes letters, numbers, punctuation and monetary symbols at a two-inch height. Teachers, office staff and hobbyists use them for signs, posters and equipment identification.

Bundle Impact

The single pack delivers a complete character set so no extra sheets are required for typical labelling tasks. Black vinyl on a permanent adhesive bonds to most clean, dry surfaces indoors or outdoors. Having punctuation and currency marks included means prices, dates and instructional text can be finished in one application.

Installation Notes

Each character peels from its backing and presses onto the target surface by hand; no tools or transfer tape are needed. Alignment must be judged visually because the adhesive is permanent and repositioning risks damage. Dust, moisture or textured walls reduce bond strength, so surfaces should be wiped dry before use.

Questions about this item

Will the self-adhesive backing on these 2" vinyl characters need replacement after outdoor exposure?

The permanent adhesive is designed for indoor and outdoor use on clean, dry surfaces, so the vinyl letters and numbers stay in place without needing a new backing.

What stops me from applying all 77 characters in one session?

The only practical limit is the available clean, dry surface area; each character adheres immediately, so you can continue until the space or the pack runs out.

Do the black vinyl sheets curl or lift when left in direct sun all day?

The vinyl material and permanent adhesive are made for outdoor conditions, so the characters remain flat and bonded on clean, dry surfaces during sustained sunlight.
