Perfect fit for medium freeze dryer trays

These parchment sheets are cut to 17 x 6.8 in so they sit exactly on Harvest Right medium trays without trimming. The pack contains 500 sheets made from 100 percent unbleached wood pulp. They are intended for home freeze drying and general kitchen use where a non stick liner is needed.

Food safe material with easy cleanup

The wood pulp construction is non toxic and food grade so it does not add anything to the product during a cycle. Each sheet is waterproof and non stick which lets frozen residue lift away and keeps the tray surface clean. Disposal after use removes the need for washing trays by hand.

Medium blue colour aids visibility

Sheets come in a medium blue tone that makes it simple to see whether a liner is in place before loading food. The bulk count of 500 sheets weighs 1.451 kilograms and is supplied as five packs. No perforations or special coatings are mentioned so the sheets behave like standard parchment in the dryer.

Questions about this item

How do I place the 17 in x 6.8 in sheets on my Harvest Right medium trays?

Lay each sheet flat on the tray with the 17 in side running lengthwise and the 6.8 in side across the width; the common mistake is rotating the sheet so it overhangs the edges.

Will I need to replace the parchment sheets after a certain number of freeze-dry cycles?

The pack contains 500 single-use sheets; each sheet is disposed of after one cycle, so replacement is simply taking the next sheet from the box.

What is the first limitation I hit when running batch after batch with these mats?

The practical limit is the 500-sheet supply; once the box is empty you must restock before continuing.
