Magnetic Mount Base for Warning Whips

The Checkers FS7009 is a magnetic mount base designed to secure non-lighted warning whips on industrial vehicles or equipment. Its urethane construction provides a durable mounting point that attaches firmly to metal surfaces without permanent installation.

Suited for temporary vehicle safety marking

Workers who need to quickly deploy 3 ft or 5 ft warning whips on trucks, forklifts or loaders will find the magnetic base convenient. Buyers requiring a permanent bolt-on solution or a base for lighted whips should look elsewhere.

Holds position through vibration and motion

The magnetic mount maintains its grip on ferrous surfaces while the vehicle operates, keeping the whip upright during normal travel. The urethane material resists weathering and impact, preserving the base’s holding strength over repeated daily use.

Questions about this item

What length warning whip do I need to already own for the FS7009 base to work?

The magnetic mount base is designed for use with 3 ft or 5 ft warning whips.

Will the 7 5/8 in height of this base match the mounting height of my existing warning whip setup?

The base stands 7 5/8 in tall and uses a magnetic mount style, so it will align with any whip made for that height and mounting method.

How can I confirm the FS7009 base is holding securely once I place it on the vehicle?

The magnetic base should grip the metal surface firmly without sliding, and the included handle lets you test the hold before attaching the whip.
