The Check Point SG1550 is a desktop or wall-mount firewall appliance delivered new with a three-year Next Generation Threat Prevention subscription and Direct Premium support. It integrates firewall, VPN, application control, URL filtering, IPS, anti-bot, antivirus, anti-spam and SandBlast threat emulation in a single unit for small to mid-sized branch offices. The appliance fits on a desktop or wall using the supplied brackets and connects through one WAN and five LAN RJ-45 ports, a USB-C console port and a USB 3.0 port. Optional 802.11 b/g/n/ac 3x3 MIMO Wi-Fi operates on one radio band at a time, either 2.4 GHz up to 450 Mbps or 5 GHz up to 1,300 Mbps. No additional network modules or redundant power supplies can be added.
