What this adapter powers

Behaviour under continuous load

A built-in smart chip provides over-temperature, over-voltage, over-current, under-voltage and short-circuit cut-off to keep the output stable during extended use. Installation notes and common issues

The barrel tip fits 5.5 mm × 2.5 mm ports and is also compatible with 2.1 mm inner-diameter sockets. The package includes a US-style mains plug and a single adapter unit. Buyers whose devices require a different connector size, a higher voltage or more than 2 A of current will need a separate power supply.
