Large In-Wall Storage Box 526

The Chief PAC526F provides a recessed enclosure for routing cables and small components behind a flat-panel display. It suits installers and homeowners who want a clean, finished look without surface-mounted raceways. The flange creates a tidy perimeter against the drywall opening. This accessory is not for buyers who need a mount that supports the display weight.

Pre and post construction installation options

The box mounts directly to studs or drywall in both new-build and retrofit situations. Knockouts accept single-gang electrical boxes and 1-1/4 inch, 1 inch, and 1/2 inch conduit entries. Integrated zip-tie anchor points secure cable bundles without extra hardware. No active cooling or power draw is involved.

Landscape and portrait orientation support

The symmetrical design allows the enclosure to be rotated ninety degrees to match the display orientation. Flange and knockouts remain accessible in either position. The package includes the storage box and the flange only; no mounting screws, cable ties, or conduit fittings are supplied.

It supports both pre-construction and post-construction mounting to drywall or studs; the step often missed is securing the flange before final wall closure.

What maintenance or replacement will the PAC526F need over time?

No moving parts or consumables are present; only the connected cables or outlet devices inside may require future attention.

What physical limit appears first when the PAC526F is used continuously?

The internal volume and fixed conduit knockouts (1-1/4", 1", 1/2") define the maximum cable capacity and routing options.
