Fixed 12-inch Extension Column

The Chief Manufacturing CMS012 is a fixed-length aluminium column that threads onto any 1.5-inch NPT ceiling plate or accessory. It lowers a projector by 12 inches and supports loads up to 500 lbs. The column is TÜV certified, UL listed and TAA compliant for regulated installations.

Check NPT Threads and Clearance

Verify that your ceiling plate or mount uses 1.5-inch NPT threads on both ends before ordering. Confirm the finished ceiling height allows the additional 305 mm drop without blocking vents, sprinklers or sight-lines. Ensure the mounting structure can carry the combined weight of column and projector.
