The CHIEF VCMU is a ceiling-mount bracket built for heavy LCD or CRT projectors. It ships with the universal HBU bracket that fits most high-weight models. Installers can choose a flush ceiling fit, a half-inch threaded rod or a one-and-a-half-inch NPT extension column depending on the room layout.

The mount is rated to hold 250 lbs (113.4 kg), making it suitable for large commercial projectors. Exceeding this limit risks structural failure, so lighter home-theatre units should use a lower-capacity mount instead.

Independent micro-adjustments
