Thermals, Noise and Power Draw

As a passive mounting accessory, the TA501 generates no heat and draws no power. It operates silently because it contains no moving parts or electronics. Thermal management and acoustic performance are therefore not applicable to this product.

Questions about this item

How do I install the TA501 swing arm accessory onto the TS318TU mount, and what step is often missed?

The accessory attaches to the compatible TS318TU dual swing arm mount using the included mounting hardware; the step often missed is verifying the in-wall cavity meets the 4-inch depth requirement before securing the unit.

What maintenance or replacement will the TA501 need over its 10-year warranty period?

The steel construction has no scheduled replacement parts; periodic checks of the mounting hardware tightness and cable management routing are the only upkeep needed.

What is the first limit reached when a 50-inch display near the 75 lb capacity is extended repeatedly?

The 75 lb maximum load capacity is the primary structural limit; exceeding it risks failure of the swing arm mechanism or the in-wall mounting points.
