The adapter delivers up to 140W through the Mag 3 interface. It can recharge compatible MacBooks to roughly 50% in about 30 minutes. A MacBook Pro 16-inch 2023 reaches full charge in approximately 1 hour and 20 minutes. Lower-power USB-C laptops will charge at their own maximum rate instead.

Check your Mac model and port before ordering

Verify that your MacBook has a Mag 3 charging port and was released in 2021 or later. The charger works with M1, M2 and M3 chip families across the listed sizes. Older MacBooks with MagSafe 2 or USB-C only cannot use the Mag 3 connector. Buyers who need a pure USB-C cable without Mag 3 should look for a different adapter.
