This 140W power adapter replaces the original Apple charger for 13, 14, 15 and 16-inch MacBook Pro and MacBook Air models from 2021 to 2025. It supports M1, M2, M3 and M4 series chips including Pro and Max variants. The package includes a 6.6FT USB-C to Magnetic 3 cable with LED indicator.

Magnetic 3 cable limited to 2021 onward models

The Magnetic 3 connector works only with MacBook models released from 2021 onward and is not compatible with 2012 to 2020 versions. Supported model numbers include a2442, a2485, a2458, a2452, a2681, a2779 and a2780. For older MagSafe 1 or MagSafe 2 ports a different cable is required.

140W output enables faster charging than 96W or 70W

The 140W rating allows 14 and 16-inch MacBook Pro models to reach 60 to 80 percent charge in 30 minutes, outperforming standard 96W and 70W adapters.
