Replacement lamp module

The Christie 003-102385-01 is a new projector lamp module that ships as a fully assembled 450W bulb and housing, ready for direct installation into compatible Christie projectors. It uses a genuine Ushio NSH lamp manufactured to ISO9001 standards with quality checks for beam performance, ignition and run-time.

Suitable users and limits

This module suits technicians and AV teams who need a drop-in replacement that restores original brightness and colour performance without alignment work. Buyers who require a bare bulb without the housing, or those needing a different wattage or connector layout for another projector model, should look at something else.

Deciding specification

The rated lamp life is 1,000 hours in normal mode and 1,500 hours in economy mode, and this figure determines whether the replacement interval matches your maintenance schedule and operating budget.

Questions about this item

How many hours does the 450W NSH bulb last before it needs replacement?

The lamp is rated for 1,000 hours in normal mode and up to 1,500 hours in economy mode before the bulb requires changing.

What fails first when the projector runs continuously — brightness or ignition?

Brightness drops gradually as the 450W NSH bulb ages; the lamp is rated for 1,000 hours normal or 1,500 hours economy before light output falls below usable levels.

Does the 450W lamp run hotter or louder than lower-wattage modules during all-day use?

The 450W NSH bulb generates more heat than lower-wattage lamps, so the projector’s cooling fans will run at higher speed and produce more audible noise during extended operation.
