A 465 W replacement lamp module with a 2,000-hour rated life, supplied as a complete bulb-and-housing assembly for Christie projectors
The Christie DHD600-G lamp ships as a fully assembled 465W Ushio P-VIP bulb inside its housing, so technicians can swap it without handling bare glass. It matches Christie part number 003-004808-01 and is built to ISO 9001 quality checks for beam performance, ignition voltage and run-time. Three OEM variants and one compatible version are stocked depending on supply.
The lamp draws 465 W during operation and is rated for 2,000 hours of service life under normal projector cooling. Acoustic output and thermal load are governed by the host projector’s fan design rather than the lamp itself. No separate power supply or ballast replacement is required when installing this module.
The 465 W rating determines whether this module fits the projector’s electrical and thermal envelope; a different wattage will not strike or will overheat the chassis. Buyers who need a lower or higher wattage lamp for another Christie model must select the matching part instead.

The module arrives as a fully assembled bulb and housing. The step people miss is resetting the projector's lamp-hour counter after fitting the new unit, otherwise the timer still reads the old 2,000 Hrs.
After roughly 2,000 Hrs. of operation the 465W Ushio P-VIP bulb reaches end of life and the entire module must be swapped for a new one.
The rated 2,000 Hrs. lamp life is the first hard limit; beyond that brightness drops and ignition becomes unreliable.
