A 380 W replacement lamp module with a new Ushio NSHA bulb and housing, rated for 2,000 normal or 3,000 economy hours
This Christie LHD700 lamp assembly combines a new 380 W Ushio NSHA bulb with its housing for direct replacement in compatible Christie projectors. The module arrives fully assembled, removing the need for separate bulb handling during installation. It is intended for venues and operators that require a factory-matched light source without additional assembly steps.
The lamp runs at 380 W and is rated for 2,000 hours in normal mode or 3,000 hours in economy mode. Operating at the lower economy setting reduces both power draw and heat output while extending the interval between replacements. Thermal and acoustic performance follow the projector’s own cooling design, as the module contains no independent fan or ballast.
This unit serves as a direct substitute for the Christie part number 003-120641-01 when brightness has faded or the hour counter reaches its limit. The upgrade is worthwhile when the existing lamp no longer meets required luminance or when scheduled maintenance calls for a fresh module. It does not add features or change the projector’s native resolution, colour processing or connectivity.

The module arrives as a fully assembled bulb and housing, so you only need to remove the old lamp assembly and insert the new one; the step people skip is resetting the projector's lamp-hour counter after installation.
The lamp is rated for 2,000 hours in normal mode and 3,000 hours in economy mode; plan to replace the module when brightness drops or the projector signals end of life.
The 380W lamp generates significant heat, so the projector's cooling system and thermal protection will limit run time before the lamp reaches its 2,000- or 3,000-hour rated life.
