Direct Replacement for Mirage WU7K-M

This 200W lamp module fits the Christie Mirage WU7K-M projector and ships as a complete bulb-and-housing assembly. It is built for technicians and venue operators who need a ready-to-install light source without separate component handling.

200W P-VIP Lamp with Dual-Mode Life

The Osram P-VIP bulb delivers 2,000 hours in normal mode and 3,000 hours in economy mode, so the chosen operating mode decides whether the lamp meets your runtime target. Verify the mode your installation uses before ordering.

Pre-Assembled Housing for Quick Swap

Because the bulb comes mounted in its housing, replacement only requires opening the projector lamp door, removing the old module, and seating the new one. The most common issue is forgetting to reset the projector lamp-hour counter after installation, which leaves the replacement timer inaccurate.

Questions about this item

How does the 200 W rating affect brightness and heat in my Mirage WU7K-M?

The 200 W P-VIP bulb delivers the specified light output for the Mirage WU7K-M while drawing 200 watts; expect corresponding heat that the projector’s cooling system is designed to handle.

What does the 2,000 / 3,000 hour rating mean for daily use?

In Normal mode the lamp lasts about 2,000 hours; switching to Economy mode extends it to roughly 3,000 hours, so a typical 4-hour daily session gives 1.3 to 2 years of operation.

Does the 003-100856-02 module include the housing for direct installation?

Yes, the module ships as a fully assembled bulb-and-housing unit that fits straight into the Christie Mirage WU7K-M without extra assembly.
