Kingsbridge Black Dual Lighted Solar Post Cap 2 Pack

The Kingsbridge Black Dual Lighted Solar Post Cap 2 Pack provides solar-powered illumination for fence, deck and landscape posts. Two caps are included, each crafted from cast aluminum with a real decorative glass lens. The design fits four standard post sizes using the supplied ABS base adaptors. Homeowners seeking maintenance-free outdoor lighting will find this a practical choice.

Up to 10 hours of light on a single charge

A monocrystalline panel charges the 3.2V 600 MAH LifeP04 battery during daylight. At dusk the six high-output surface-mount LEDs activate automatically, delivering warm natural light for up to 10 hours. An auto-off switch allows manual control when desired. No wiring or external power source is required for normal operation.

Fits 3.5 to 5.5 inch posts with included adaptors

Four ABS base adaptors accommodate actual post dimensions of 3.5"x3.5", 4"x4", 5"x5" and 5.5"x5.5". The one-cap-fits-all patented design eliminates the need to match cap size to post size. Quick do-it-yourself installation frees up time and avoids professional wiring costs. The cast aluminum construction resists weather for long-term reliability.

Questions about this item

How do I attach the Kingsbridge cap to a 4x4 nominal post, and which adaptor do I use?

Slide the 3.5"x3.5" ABS base adaptor inside the cap, then press the assembly firmly onto the 4x4 nominal post until it seats evenly.

Which part will need replacing first, and how often?

The 3.2V 600 MAH LifeP04 rechargeable battery typically lasts several years; replace it when the light no longer holds a full 10-hour charge.

What limits continuous illumination after several cloudy days?

The 600 MAH battery capacity caps stored energy, so extended overcast periods will reduce nightly run time below the usual 10 hours.
