Cleer Alpha Over-Ear Headphones

The Cleer Alpha Midnight Blue are over-ear Bluetooth headphones built for listeners who want adaptive noise cancellation and hi-res wireless audio. They use 40mm ironless drivers with Dirac Virtuo spatial audio and Qualcomm aptX Adaptive over Bluetooth 5.1. Dual microphones with cVc technology handle calls and voice pickup. The folding design includes a carrying case, USB-C charging cable and 3.5mm audio cable for wired backup.

35-Hour Battery and Quick Charge

A lithium-polymer battery delivers up to 35 hours of playback with noise cancellation active. A ten-minute charge adds roughly four hours of listening time when the battery is low. Bluetooth 5.1 multipoint lets the headphones stay paired to two devices simultaneously so you can switch between music and calls without re-pairing. The package supplies a USB-C to USB-A cable for charging.

40mm Ironless Driver Sound

The defining specification is the patented 40mm ironless driver, which is engineered to reduce distortion and produce detailed hi-res sound. Buyers who want more storage or a second card are not the target here; this is a single-driver acoustic design focused on audio fidelity rather than expandability. Dirac Virtuo processing widens the soundstage for a more immersive presentation.

Questions about this item

How do I pair the headphones with my phone using Bluetooth 5.1?

Enable Bluetooth on the phone, power on the headphones, and hold the power button until the LED flashes to enter pairing mode. Select the model from the device list. The headphones support multipoint, so you can connect a second device the same way without disconnecting the first.

What parts will I need to replace after extended use?

The earcups use interchangeable memory foam padding that can be swapped out when worn. The included 3.5 mm audio cable can be replaced with any standard 3.5 mm to 3.5 mm cable if damaged. The internal lithium-polymer battery is not user-replaceable.

How long will active noise cancellation run before the battery needs a charge?

Up to 35 hours of playtime with noise cancellation active. A 10-minute quick charge adds roughly 4 hours of listening if the battery runs low during a session.
