Simple Pairing and Wired Backup

Bluetooth 5.2 connects quickly to tablets, phones and laptops within 33 feet. A detachable 3.5 mm cable lets the headphones work passively when the battery runs low. One button handles play, pause, calls and light modes. The earcups fold flat for compact storage in a school bag.

Check Device Compatibility and Fit

Verify the listener’s device supports Bluetooth audio or has a 3.5 mm jack. The over-ear design weighs 0.44 pounds and may feel large on very small heads. No active noise cancellation is included, so noisy environments will still be heard. USB-C charger is required for the 10-minute quick charge.

Questions about this item

How can I verify the Cleer BTH12 is working correctly after pairing?

The LED lights on both ear cups will illuminate in one of four modes to confirm power and Bluetooth 5.2 connection; press the independent light button once to cycle effects or hold to disable them for battery saving.

What accessories are included with the Cleer BTH12 and what must I provide?

The box contains the headphones and a detachable 3.5 mm audio cable for wired use; you will need to supply a USB-C cable and a 5 V charger for recharging the built-in battery.

Which volume limit should I select on the Cleer BTH12 — 74 dBA or 85 dBA?

Use the 74 dBA setting for quiet study sessions and the 85 dBA setting for travel or noisier environments; both limits are activated by a specific key combination to prevent accidental changes.
