Questions about this item

Will the cast-iron housing or set-screw locking need periodic relubrication or replacement?

The cast-iron housing is built for long service; the set-screw locking should be checked and the bearing relubricated on a regular maintenance schedule.

What temperature or load limit will be reached first during continuous operation?

The bearing carries a dynamic load rating of 62 kN; sustained temperatures above 65 °C can reduce grease life and become the first practical limit.

How much noise and heat does the unit produce when running all day?

Normal operation generates low vibration and moderate warmth; the cast-iron housing helps dissipate heat so surface temperatures stay within typical industrial ranges.
