Questions about this item

The 1C-250-Z is a one-piece clamping collar designed for 250 mm shafts; no specific industry standard is referenced in the product data.

What physical clearance does the 1C-250-Z need to fit and mount on a shaft?

The collar requires a 250 mm shaft diameter and enough radial space for the one-piece body to slide over the shaft end before tightening.

How is the 1C-250-Z installed and which step do people often get wrong?

Slide the collar onto the shaft, position it, then tighten the single clamp screw evenly; the common mistake is over-tightening before final positioning, which can mar the shaft.
