Questions about this item

Does the 1C-262-Z clamping collar require periodic lubrication or replacement of any internal components?

The collar is a one-piece metal design with no internal moving parts, so no lubrication or component replacement is needed under normal use.

What is the first limiting factor when the 1C-262-Z collar is used continuously under load?

The clamping screw torque limit is reached before any material yield, so re-check screw tightness after initial loading cycles.

How much heat or noise does the 1C-262-Z collar generate when installed on a shaft running all day?

The collar itself produces no measurable heat or noise; any temperature rise comes from the shaft and bearing assembly, not the clamp.
