Steel sprocket with 25 teeth for 50 chain, 1in bore with keyway and set screws
This finished-bore sprocket fits 50 chain pitch and carries 25 teeth. It is built from steel with a black oxide finish and includes two set screws. The 1 in bore has a 1/4 in wide by 1/8 in deep keyway for positive drive. It suits power-transmission builds that need a single-strand hub on one side.
Swapping to this unit restores correct pitch diameter of 4.987 in and outside diameter of 5.32 in when the old sprocket shows hook wear or stripped keyway. The jump is worth it if your chain runs on a 1 in shaft and you need the hub projection of .907 in to clear adjacent components.
Verify the shaft measures exactly 1 in and that the existing key matches 1/4 in width by 1/8 in depth. Confirm the hub diameter of 3 in and length through bore of 1 1/4 in fit within your guard or frame spacing. Ensure the two set-screw holes align with your shaft flats or drill points.

The bore is 1 inch with a 1/4-inch wide by 1/8-inch deep keyway, matching those shaft dimensions.
Two set screws are included; tighten them over the keyway to lock the sprocket in place.
Replace it when the 25 teeth show visible hooking or the 5.32-inch outside diameter wears unevenly.
