Industrial Power Transmission Component

The Climax Metal Products ESC-125-S End Stop Collar is a new hardware item classified under bearings and V-belt equipment. It serves maintenance teams and original-equipment assemblers who need a transparent collar to limit axial travel on a shaft or rod. The product ships directly from the manufacturer.

Capacity and Headroom

The collar functions as a positional stop in power-transmission assemblies, holding components at a set point under normal operating loads. It is not designed for high-shock anchoring or as a primary structural restraint, so engineers should verify the application does not exceed the part’s intended light-duty role.

Thermals Noise and Power Draw

As a passive mechanical collar, the part generates no heat, consumes no electricity and produces no audible noise during operation. Its transparent finish allows visual confirmation of position without disassembly. California Proposition 65 warnings note the presence of chemicals linked to cancer and reproductive harm.

Questions about this item

Will the ESC-125-S End Stop Collar fit on the existing shaft I already use?

The collar is designed as an end stop for power-transmission shafts; check your shaft diameter against the 125 designation before installation.

How can I verify the ESC-125-S End Stop Collar is seated correctly after fitting?

Once tightened, the collar should sit flush against the shaft shoulder with no axial play; rotate the assembly by hand to confirm smooth, binding-free movement.

Does the ESC-125-S End Stop Collar come with set screws or must I buy them separately?

The package includes the collar only; mounting hardware such as set screws is not supplied and must be sourced separately.
