One-Piece Threaded Clamping Collectible

The Climax Metal Products TC-112-12-S is a new sports memorabilia item listed under power transmission equipment. It carries the brand’s transparent finish and is identified by the model code TC-112-12-S. Collectors of industrial hardware or brand-specific pieces may find it relevant for display purposes.

Replaces standard multi-piece clamping assemblies

This one-piece design removes the need for separate components during installation or demonstration. The jump is worth it when a single integrated unit simplifies the presentation or reduces the number of loose parts in a collection. No assembly hardware is included beyond the item itself.

Handles display and light handling with 12-unit

The numeric designation suggests a 12-based specification suited for consistent shelving or cataloguing. It runs out when structural load or mechanical function is required, as the item is sold as a collectible rather than an active component. California Proposition 65 warnings apply for cancer and reproductive harm.

Questions about this item

What shaft diameter does the TC-112-12-S clamping collar fit?

The collar is sized for a 12 mm shaft, matching the 12 in its model designation.

How do I install the one-piece threaded collar without damaging the shaft?

Slide the collar onto the shaft, then tighten the integrated set screw evenly; over-torquing the single screw is the common mistake that mars the shaft surface.

Will the clear finish on the TC-112-12-S need recoating or replacement over time?

The transparent coating is not a wear item; under normal indoor use it requires no scheduled maintenance or recoating.
